In 1987, Don began his extensive career in the industrial coatings and fireproofing Industry. He joined Isolatek International in 2024 following his time at Albi Protective Coatings. Don has earned both a CSI Certified Construction Product Representative (CCPR) and SSPC Protective Coatings Specialist (SSPC PCS) certifications. Additionally, Donald served as Co-Chair of the “Working Group CAN/ULC S1004” in Toronto, contributing to the development of standards for Passive Fire Protection and Life Safety Commissioning published in 2014.
Trish has 18 years of experience in the fireproofing industry. She began her career as an estimator and project manager for her father’s fireproofing company, Herblan Insulation, in Denver, CO. Trish joined Isolatek International in 2024 as a Distribution Sales Representative following the acquisition certain assets of Albi Protective Coatings, where she served as the Midwest Region Sales Manager since 2022. Throughout her career, Trish has successfully collaborated with architects, general contractors, and applicators.

Nick stated at Isolatek International in 2018 after graduating from the University of Dayton in 2018 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Industrial Engineering Technology. He spent his first four years in Isolatek’s Technical Services group a providing technical assistance, engineering insights, and troubleshooting expertise related to passive fire protection applications in commercial construction and the petrochemical industries. In 2022, Nick transitioned to Technical Sales, supporting the New England and Upstate New York territory. He is passionate about conducting educational training, leading architectural seminars, and serving as a trusted advisor to project teams, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support. Nick holds NACE CIP Level 1 Credential #: 104073, Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification and is a member of the Construction Specifiers Institute.
